Measure around your upper thigh. Select the size where your measurement is within the range. There is a non-slip gripper at the top and bottom of each Thigh Guard.
• SIZE 1 = 19 to 22 inches (length = 6”)
• SIZE 2 = 22 to 25 inches (length = 6”)
• SIZE 3 = 25 to 28 inches (length = 6”)
